Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for an evening hospital radiology role in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years MRI experience, travel assignment history, and proven skill with implanted devices and advanced Philips Achieva systems.

Responsibilities include 8-hour evening shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, using Cerner EMR, Unity PACS, and InteleView PACS, with no weekend or on-call duties and a nicotine-free campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years MRI technologist experience required.
• At least 1 year of travel assignment experience required.
• Hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Prior scanning experience with implanted devices required.
• Strong skillset with Philips Achieva equipment required.
• ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) certification and BLS required; license if applicable.
• New graduates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Radiology department position.
• 8-hour evening shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Uses Philips Achieva and Siemens 1.5T Sola MRI equipment.
• Utilizes Cerner EMR, Unity PACS, and InteleView PACS systems.
• May float between two campus locations on the same site.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Holidays are not required to be worked.
• Nicotine-free campus.
• Facility accepts local and travel candidates at the same bill rate.
• Facility may cancel one shift per two-week pay period with a minimum of 2 hours notice.
