High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Mi-Jack travelift operator for our 2nd shift at the Denver, PA location. The role requires operating travel lifts, tow motors and yard tractors, loading trailers and ensuring safe, on-time movement of precast panels from production to storage and trucks.

Ideal candidates hold CDL A with manual transmission, certification as equipment operator, ability to work outside year-round, and a willingness to follow safety and 6S practices.

Qualifications

• CDL A with manual transmission is required.
• Certified Equipment Operator credential is required.
• Experience operating travel lifts, tow motors and yard tractors is expected.
• Ability to work outside year round and in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Unload pieces from trailers and prepare for storage and shipment.
• Load trailers to meet daily shipping schedules.
• Direct ground helpers to assist with loading and positioning pieces.
• Maintain safety and 6S practices in the yard and loading areas.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment and document results.
