Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Irving, TX. If you have an open-bed pickup truck and a drive to work evenings, this role offers up to $70 per night for 5 nights per week.

Shifts run from 8pm to around 10–11pm, walking through apartment communities to collect bags, load them, and match safety guidelines with PPE.

You will use a company app to upload photos and enjoy weekly pay, holidays off, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Own open-bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone enabled for app use.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and walk stairs for up to 3 hours.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
