Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a part-time Night Trash Collector (Trash Valet) in Fayetteville, AR to help keep apartment communities clean. You will collect tied bags from doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, working independently outdoors.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting at 7pm, typically 1–2 hours per night. Pay is $50–$65 per night. PPE is provided; weekly pay and holiday time offered, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone access and ability to upload photos in the app.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and stay active 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment grounds collecting tied trash bags from doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
