Job summary

Community Concierge Services in Tampa, FL is hiring District Porters for an on-the-road, part-time evening role. You will drive a company-provided pickup truck to apartment communities to collect bagged trash and recycling, then transport waste to the onsite area.

The job offers a flat $180 per shift with 20–35 hours weekly and 5 shifts max. Shifts run Sunday–Thursday 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Sundays start at 6 PM) and Fri–Sat 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM; a W2 employee position with direct deposit and paid

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history.
• Smartphone with active data plan for route management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Active bank account for direct deposit.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided pickup truck to assigned apartment communities.
• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster.
• Keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean.
• Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
