Job summary

Ally Waste Services in Bastrop, Texas is looking for reliable Part-Time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valets). Enjoy flexible evening shifts collecting trash bags from residents and transporting them to designated areas. Ideal candidates must have an open-bed pickup truck and be able to work independently.

This position offers a competitive pay of $100.00-$110.00 per week based on a short schedule of 5 nights. All safety gear is provided, and opportunities for advancement into leadership positions are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone required for app usage.
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and be active for 1-2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community, collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using the provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
