Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions, LLC. is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Porters to service communities in the 32757 area. Earn between $400 and $1,300 per month, plus $20 to $65 per service night, with a flat-rate pay structure and paid training.

Shift is Sunday–Thursday, starts at 8:00 PM, 1–4 hours per night, with Friday and Saturday off. You will collect bagged trash, transport to dumpsters, and walk the community during service hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must own a truck and have valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
