Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Service Valets to perform doorstep trash collection at local apartment communities with an evening schedule. You’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard, using your own open-bed pickup or a tow vehicle with a trailer to service one or more nearby communities each shift.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid license, insurance, a smartphone, and the ability to work independently outdoors, including stairs and walking distances.

Qualifications

• Own an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a consistent routine.
• Physical: lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents’ doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift.
• Walk through communities, climbing stairs and working outdoors.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos.
• Ensure trash collection is completed by morning.
