Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a Trailer Technician/Mechanic with 2+ years of hands-on trailer maintenance to keep our fleet moving. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs.

This role offers $28.00-$32.00 per hour, weekly pay, benefits within 30 days, and opportunities for advancement nationwide, plus sign-on and retention bonuses based on experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections for safety and compliance.
• Document repairs and complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
