Job summary

Historic Tours of America in Saint Augustine seeks a Operations Support role to assist the Operations Manager with scheduling, logistics, and dispatching for tours, shuttles, and events. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and coordinate with teams to meet service goals.

Candidates should be able to work independently, maintain safety standards, and support multiple departments to enhance the guest experience. CDL training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida CDL Class C or higher with passenger and air brake endorsements; willing to train to obtain CDL.
• Clean driving record for the past three years.
• Pass pre-employment MVR/background and substance abuse test.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workloads and staff assignments with Operations Manager.
• Open/close procedures and Manager-on-Duty duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment with Safety Dept to ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, ADA, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients, officials, and media to drive sales.
• Manage daily tour logistics, shuttle loops, charters, and dispatching.
