Bauer Built Inc. in Durand, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate to inspect and prepare tires for retreading, and operate buffing and re-tread equipment to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, following safety protocols, and working efficiently to hit production goals. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful; reliability and teamwork are valued by an established Midwest employer.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare tires for the retreading process.
