Job summary

ZBLT Industries, LLC is seeking an Evening Time Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and stock levels across locations in the North Austin/Cedar Park area near Lakeline Mall and 620. You will work independently, communicating any concerns to the Franchise Manager or Supervisor while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities include restroom sanitation, breakroom cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors and dispensers.
• Restock toilet paper, soap, towels and consumables as requested.
• Clean breakrooms including sinks, counters, tables, appliances and microwaves.
• Restock hand soap and paper towels as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop all floors (hard surfaces and carpet).
• Dust and polish furniture; clean windows, glass and doors.
• Empty and replace trash liners; manage trash accordingly.
• Restock supplies and report shortages; follow contract scope of works.

Job Title: Evening Time Commercial Cleaner

This position cleans locations in North Austin/ Cedar Park Area around Lakeline Mall & 620.

Reports To: Crew Leader/Supervisor/Manager

Summary:

This position is responsible for keeping accounts clean, sanitary, and stocked. Ensure that all work is done to ZBLT Industries standards. Will be responsible for paying close attention to detail, have the ability to work independently, and be able to communicate any concerns, issues, or needs to Supervisor and/or Franchise Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Restrooms: Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, and dispensers.
• Restocks toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and any other consumables requested by customers.
• Breakrooms: Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes all sinks, counters, tables, outside of appliances, and inside of microwaves.
• Restocks hand soap and paper towels.
• Floors: Sweeps, vacuums, and mops all hard surface floors and carpet.
• Furniture: Dusts and polishes furniture.
• Windows: Cleans smudges from windows, partition glass, and doors.
• Trash: Empties and replaces all trash liners.
• Cleaning Supplies: Restocks supplies and reports shortages.
• Additionally follows all scope of works per individual contracts.
