Chick-fil-A Midvale is hiring a Team Member for the evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM). You will deliver fast, accurate, and genuine hospitality in either Front of House or Back of House while upholding food safety and operational standards.

You’ll join a team that values strong work ethic, reliability for evenings, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods. The role includes opportunities for cross-training, leadership development, and scholarships, with Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Reliable for evening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute your assigned position (Front or Back of House) with speed and consistency.
• Provide a positive guest experience through efficient and friendly service.
• Maintain strong performance during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist with closing responsibilities and reset for the next day.
• Communicate needs clearly and support team flow under pressure.
