Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, based at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX, is hiring for a full-time SUPPORT SERVICES UTILITY LEAD. The role runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with rotating weekends; online applications only.

A minimum of 1 year in a lead/supervisory housekeeping role is preferred, and the fixed pay rate is $18.25 per hour. As part of Compass Healthcare, TouchPoint focuses on hospitality for patients, families and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous housekeeping lead/supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing.
• Ensure that team member maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys.
• Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages.
