Job summary

Harborview Medical Center, part of the University of Washington, is seeking a Supply Chain Technician 1 for the Evening Shift to support mission-critical patient care. You will receive, warehouse, courier, pick, and deliver general, medical, and surgical supplies; manage rental equipment; and use MMIS for order processing, ensuring accurate shipments across healthcare settings.

This regular, 100% FTE position offers an evening schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a Washington state driver's

Qualifications

• High school graduation required.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid Washington state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, warehouse, courier, put away, requisition, pick, distribute, and deliver general, medical, and surgical supplies and equipment throughout various healthcare settings.
• Manage rental equipment, including rounding in nursing areas, verifying correct charges, ordering needed equipment, and discontinuing unneeded equipment.
• Utilize Supply Chain POU technology to support supply restocking; Receive purchase orders into the materials management information system (MMIS).
• Verify incoming and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Resolve order discrepancies while adhering to department policy and procedure.
