MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead cleaning crews at commercial properties in Arizona. You will ensure quality and timeliness, train staff, manage supplies, and uphold safety standards while supporting a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $19 per hour, with a benefits package and growth opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior janitorial supervision is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus.
• A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning crews to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
• Complete nightly checklists and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure a safe working environment and proper use of chemicals.
• Train and onboard staff; communicate with site managers.
