Qualifications

• Able to multi-task and perform physical tasks (standing, bending) and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 years old for certain tasks per VA state law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for our customers
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas
