Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Salisbury, NC seeks an Assistant Manager for evenings, part-time with weekday and weekend availability. You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, staff hiring and supervision, and merchandizing to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will lead by example, ensure attendance, and uphold Circle K’s food program standards while developing your team and driving daily results in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills beneficial.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising, and coordinating staff for daily tasks.
• Support bookkeeping and merchandising; deliver fast, friendly service.
• Maintain high standards and regular onsite attendance.
• Execute food program standards and lead by example.
