Job summary

White Oak Healthcare in Toledo, Ohio is seeking compassionate STNA State Tested Nursing Assistants to join our evening shift team. As an STNA you will assist nursing staff with patient care, monitor vital signs, help with transfers and mobility, and support daily living activities while documenting care in accordance with facility policies.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment

Qualifications

• STNA Ohio certification (required/preferred)
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus
• New graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assist with transferring patients using proper body mechanics
• Support mobility and ambulation including positioning
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient information and care activities per facility policies
