Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY is hiring a Certified Central Sterile Technician to perform decontamination, preparation and sterile processing of surgical instruments and supplies in the Instrument Room. You will work 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with evenings varying.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and CRCST certification with successful passing of a nationally accredited central service exam. EOE and commitment to quality care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a nationally accredited central service exam for Central Service Technicians.
• CRCST credential required by a nationally accredited central service organization.
