Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for the 3pm-11:30pm shift. You will decontaminate, assemble, sterilize and distribute instruments, equipment and supplies in the Sterile Processing department.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterilization records, operating sterilizers, and supporting operating room services in a fast-paced health center environment. High school diploma required; compensation starts at $18.68 per hour and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminates, assembles, sterilizes and distributes instruments per procedures.
• Maintains sterilization records for Sterile Processing and OR.
• Operates Sterrad and other sterilizers per manufacturer instructions.
• Ensures inventory and stock of crash carts and supplies.
• Delivers used medication boxes securely to pharmacy for refills when applicable.
