Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic calipers is needed.
• Experience with forklift and overhead crane is preferred.
• Good reading, writing and math skills as measured by a pre-employment test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locate and identify stock for storage and retrieval using scanner when appropriate.
• Safely operate related machinery and equipment.
• Properly identify, scan and process paperwork necessary for material handling.
• Load and unload trucks and verify load with delivery tickets and scanner.
• Package and tag material for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Be helpful and courteous to all customers and employees.
• Perform other duties as related or assigned for the benefit of the Company.
• Excellent attendance is required.
