Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ seeks a Staffing Coordinator to assist the Manager of Resource Allocation and Nursing leadership in staffing clinical areas and documenting resource allocation. The role also covers bed assignments and patient transfers, within the Nursing Staffing Office.

The position is part-time, evenings, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 8-hour shifts. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multi-tasking abilities, and basic advanced computer skills (Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of staffing or healthcare clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing Coordinator supports staffing of clinical areas and resource allocation.
• Bed Controller facilitates patient throughput and bed assignments, including transfers.
• Operates within the Nursing Staffing Office with collaboration across teams.
