Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Specimen Technician I for Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM. You will support specimen processing with strong attention to detail and reliable data entry.

The role offers pay from $18.00 per hour with a 10–15% shift differential on eligible hours, comprehensive benefits from day one, and potential annual bonus; training provided. No experience is required, HS diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to grow in a Fortune 500 diagnostics leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; production or medical background preferred.
• Night shift availability required; weekends/holidays may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of test orders and processing specimens.
• Presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory.
• Centrifugation and aliquoting of specimens.
• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Identify problems with specimen information and resolve when possible.
