Overview

Evening Babysitter for School-Aged Children for a family in Mobile, AL (Wyndy). Two children: a 13-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. The sitter will be responsible for supervising the children at the family home on a single evening shift.

Schedule and Location

• Location: Mobile, AL
• Shift: Saturday, February 22, 2025, 10:00 PM to Sunday, February 23, 2025, 02:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Supervise two school-aged children in the home during the scheduled shift
• Ensure a safe, calm, and engaging environment
• Follow given guidelines for the evening (food is already prepared; no required driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime routines)
• Assist with basic supervision to maintain safety and well-being
• Park in front of the house or in the driveway and remove shoes upon entering
• Maintain a safe environment around the home, including management of household pets

Safety and Environment

• A friendly Rottweiler named Bingo will be present but kenneled in a locked room to ensure safety for everyone
• Adherence to all safety guidelines and family expectations for a secure and enjoyable experience

Qualifications

• Experience babysitting school-aged children (preferred) and a warm, reliable, responsible demeanor
• Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities and maintain composure in evening supervision
