Job summary

SJS Industrial, doing business as SJS Executives, LLC, seeks 2 full-time Shipping Associates in Virginia Beach. Work Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays or extended shifts for special projects. 40-hour weeks with no guaranteed weekend OT.

Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, floating holidays, and health and other insurances. Candidates should have shipping/receiving experience and strong attention to detail to ensure

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in shipping/receiving warehouses preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Remove coated parts from racks after QC inspection.
• Review paper tags to match coating color.
• Inspect racks for proper pallet placement and group parts correctly.
• Label pallets with correct identification numbers.
• Ensure all parts are removed before advancing to next production stage.
• Bag and tag operations with correct paperwork.
• Use mobile device to verify part IDs against intake records.
• Confirm accuracy of parts, IDs, and documentation before shipping.
• Wrap pallets for shipment to customers.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in packing and shipping.
