Bimbo Bakeries USA in Indiana is seeking a Shipping Associate to support daily logistics operations. You will load and unload trailers, verify loads, maintain shipping yard records, and participate in cycle counts.

You will operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, troubleshoot packing equipment, and preserve accurate documentation. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment and communicating in English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, verify route loads, and maintain the shipping yard.
• Count and check products for accuracy, maintain records, and report variances.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Troubleshoot packing equipment and label machines as needed.
