Job summary

A leading automotive supplier is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator at their Holmesville Plant with hours from Monday 3 pm to Friday 7 am. Responsibilities include operating machines, transporting materials, and maintaining a clean workspace. Starting wages are $18.04 an hour with shift premiums and wage increases after 6 months and 1 year, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and 401(k). Candidates must be 18+, work well in teams, and be capable of lifting 30lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Ability to understand quality requirements.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties, including transporting carpet.
• Operate mold press machines, waterjets, ovens, and glue guns.
• Complete routine tasks under general supervision.
• Maintain a clean work environment and practice 5S.
• Assemble parts according to specification.
• Other duties as assigned.
