Marvin is hiring a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You’ll be trained across all duties, assembling window components with power tools and automated equipment, while communicating in English with your team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written, with the team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain across multiple departments to add variety and earnings.

Highlights of your role

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.

Monday – Thursday

• Days:5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay:$18.50 per hour
• Evening:3:30 pm - 2:00 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

Friday – Sunday

• Weekend:5:30 am - 6:00 pm Pay: $22.50 per hour
