Leclerc is a family business with 120 years of experience, tradition and know-how passed down from people with heart. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality in a Kingsport, TN facility, working the evening shift.

You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying our core values to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens).
• Make quick decisions under pressure.
• Provide practical, concrete solutions and demonstrate strong communication.
• Exhibit collaborative leadership and experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards.
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers.
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments.
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
