McDonald’s is seeking a Closing Shift Manager to oversee the customer experience during evening hours at our Randolph location. The role requires leadership skills and a track record in fast-paced service environments.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality control during the shift.
• Coordinate internal communications and staff scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance.
• Lead and manage crew members to deliver great service.
