Job summary

The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio is seeking an Evening Shift LPN to join our healthcare team. This role offers a rewarding 7a–7p schedule focused on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans while ensuring safety and quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

Must hold an active LPN license.
Demonstrated ability to assess and monitor patients.
Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
