• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes.
• Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner.
• Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed.
• Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager.
