Your day includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring health indicators, and documenting care to support residents' wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on safety and respect.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Oregon.
• CPR/AED required within first 120 days of employment.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and general care per individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Monitor and document fluid and nutritional intake, plus vital signs.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
