Brooks Rehabilitation, Bartram Lakes facility, located at 6209 Brooks Bartram Drive, Building 200, Jacksonville, FL 32258, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct or indirect patient care under nurse supervision. The role supports daily living activities and patient comfort to enhance the patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida CNA license with CPR/BLS certification and at least 1 year of experience in SNF or assisted living.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license.
• 1 year of experience either in a short-term skilled nursing facility, or assisted living facility preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Collecting lab specimens.
• Monitoring patient vitals.
• Electronic Medical Record documentation as needed for the job.
