Pilot Assessments in Texas seeks a Captain to fly the Beechcraft BE1900 for Ameriflight’s Part 135 cargo operation, serving as PIC on scheduled evening runs from PPA to AMA and LBB, with return the next morning.

Candidate must hold a CPL/MEL with Instrument Rating, meet FAR 135/121 requirements, and maintain current IFR proficiency; competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• FAR 135.243(c) PIC IFR requirements.
• CPL with MEL and Instrument Rating; high-performance and complex endorsements.
• Flight time: 1800 TT, 1000 PIC, 500 XC, 250 multi, 100 turbine PIC, 100 instrument (50 in-aircraft), 100 night.
• FAR 121/135 experience required.
• Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within 6 months.
• First Class FAA Medical (First Class for Charter/ESCS and international).
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Current passport; English proficient.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted.
• Meets airport badging & TSA background checks.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license; meets company insurance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain on the Beechcraft BE1900 in Ameriflight’s Part 135 cargo operation.
• Operate scheduled evening runs Monday–Friday from PPA to AMA and LBB, returning the next morning.
• Occasional repositioning flights to DFW for maintenance as required.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
