Qualifications

• Own a personal open-bed pickup truck (or trailer) to perform duties.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• At least 18 years old.
• Smartphone with data plan for the work app.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from apartment doorsteps.
• Take trash to the on-site compactor using your truck.
• Service one or more nearby communities during your shift.
• Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and upload photos.
