Arrow Senior Living in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Part-Time Server for evening shifts (Thu–Sat, 3:30pm–7:30pm). The role includes greeting residents, quick service, and maintaining a welcoming dining room, with strong emphasis on resident care and teamwork.

Qualified candidates are 16+, able to read/write English, energetic, physically able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and capable of assisting residents during meals and falls. Benefits are available for staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and falls.

Responsibilities

• Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, and foster connection.
• Peppy Prepper: prep tables, salads, or silverware for service.
• Titan of Tidiness: bussing tables, sweeping floors, maintaining cleanliness.
• Appetite Anthropologist: observe dietary changes and communicate with supervisors when needed.
