Vitalia Montrose is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server in Copley, OH to greet residents and support daily dining service. The role involves seating residents, taking orders, and keeping dining areas inviting and clean while promoting a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Shifts are 4:00pm–7:30pm on Wednesday to Saturday, with a pay range of $15–$21.25 per hour. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining room environment.
• Prepare tables and service areas, including salads and utensils.
• Bus tables and clean dining areas to maintain a tidy community.
• Communicate dietary changes or appetite concerns to supervisors.
