Job summary

GardaWorld – Security Services is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor in Pembroke, NY. The role offers an hourly starting rate of $22.85 and a Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm shift. The supervisor will observe and report on activity, respond quickly in incidents, and enforce procedures to maintain safety and service quality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, pass extensive screening, and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. NY Guard Card license is required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent (GED).
• Two years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, survey the area and report activity at the assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Read and write detailed reports.
