Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Security professional to monitor and operate security systems, maintain logs, and respond to emergencies on our properties in Florida. The role requires a Class D Security license and a valid Florida Driver's License, with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM weekday schedule and full-time benefits.

As a full-time, non-exempt associate, you will receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k with company match, paid holidays, and time-off benefits.

Qualifications

• Class D Security license is required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and operating electric and manual security control systems and emergency response systems.
• Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Following safety procedures and strive to maintain a safe work environment.
• Patrol, walk property, and gatehouse.
• Report all property violations.
