Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Security Officers in Indiana to join a growing team. The role pays $18.07 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include controlling access, directing visitors, and coordinating with fire and SDI personnel. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills, plus the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
• Must have good computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff the facility’s single point of entry, verify vehicle passes, and issue visitor passes.
• Provide directions and maintain a secure environment by preventing unauthorized access.
• Monitor the weather alert system and track open confined spaces.
• Serve as liaison between the fire department and SDI personnel when necessary.
