Qualifications

• 1 year of prior janitorial experience is required.
• Ability to clean and maintain surfaces to a high standard.
• Must be reliable and able to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including shampooing rugs.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors.
