Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a part-time custodian for Wayland Union Schools. Schedule includes Monday to Friday, with shifts 3:30pm–9:00pm or 3:30pm–7:30pm, in Dorr, MI.

Pay rate is $16.00/hour. Candidates must be 18+, have valid ID, and meet background requirements for Michigan public schools. Responsibilities include cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Due to school requirements, individuals with theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Mop floors, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash.
• Follow GRBS processes and build maps for the shift.
• Maintain respectful, mindful communication with all colleagues.
