Qualifications

• Ability to operate HVAC, Fire alarm and Water Systems.
• Willingness to maintain attendance and flexible scheduling.
• Must follow oral and written instructions and complete required forms.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, wax and maintain floors and carpeted areas.
• Wash walls, windows, fixtures and restrooms.
• Replace damaged carpet sections and patches; remove debris.
• Lock buildings and secure rooms as directed; move furniture as needed.
• Maintain room temperatures and monitor building checks, including weekends.
