Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner to join its School Custodian Team in Michigan. The role is full-time, pays $17.00 per hour, with a 2:30 pm–11 pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Earn bonuses of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 90 days, plus benefits for eligible team members. You will learn state-of-the-art cleaning practices, be part of a friendly and dependable team, and help keep facilities clean.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fingerprint Screening is required.
• Some janitorial experience required. We train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Tackle a variety of cleaning tasks including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, and drips as you notice them.
• Be a friendly, reliable face of 4M while following best practices and safety guidelines.
