Danville City School District is seeking an Evening Custodian to join the Environmental Services team in Danville, Virginia. The role supports safe and clean school facilities, working under supervision to perform routine custodial tasks and maintain daily schedules.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with experience in custodial work preferred. Compensation ranges from $16.14 to $22.80 per hour, with full-time hours and 24/7 availability as needed for emergencies and snow

Responsibilities

• Move furniture as required
• Secure buildings
• Remove trash from building and place in dumpster
• Shovel snow, cut grass, trim shrubbery, etc.
