GRBS Inc. invites you to join our team as a day custodian in Okemos, Michigan. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and a customer-service mindset. Expect cleaning tasks, adherence to GRBS processes, and respectful communication with staff as you help maintain school facilities.

Position pays $16.50–$16.75 per hour, Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm. Eligible employees receive benefits such as paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, daily pay, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID
• Michigan employment eligibility
• No theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds
• Valid proof of Auto Insurance required
• Able to work 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday with one weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning tasks according to the building map and shift requirements
• Perform duties like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning and trash removal
