Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe facilities in Rome, GA. The role runs 7PM–11PM with a pay rate of $15 per hour and weekly pay.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal, window cleaning, and equipment storage. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus; partial training available. ABM is a veteran-friendly employer and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, ensure hygiene.
• Empty trash and recycling per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings and events.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
