Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to Christian faith in line with School’s Statement of Faith.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience.
• Ability to work well around students and staff.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Evening or weekend work may be required for events.
• Able to pass National and Washington State Patrol background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning in classrooms and offices, including sweeping and mopping.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Maintain common areas like hallways, cafeterias, gymnasiums.
• Handle light maintenance such as changing light bulbs and fixing loose fixtures.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a hazard-free school environment.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning after school events.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
